We accept all major credit cards and will email or text you your invoice to pay securely online.

Payment is required prior to order completion and pick up. There is a non-refundable 50% retainer for all orders, which must be paid before your order will be confirmed. The balance is due in full no later than 2 weeks prior to pick up or delivery date. Orders are first come first served.

As a general guideline: 6″ round cake: 8-12 people 8″ round cake: 15-22 people 9″ round cake: 22-27 people 10″ round cake: 25-32 people 12″ round cake: 36-54 people 1/4 sheet cake: 30-40 people 1/2 sheet cake: 50-60 people Full sheet cake: 100-120 people Serving sizes are a general guideline and, depending on how you slice and serve cakes, your servings may vary. We make no guarantee that cakes will serve a specific number of people.

To place an order, please fill out the order form found on our homepage. You may also call or text us at 385-437-3060 or send an email to orders@craveworksbakery.com. We highly suggest you text or email any inspiration photos and as much detail as possible so we are able to accurately complete your quote in a timely manner. Once the 50% retainer is paid (or full balance if orders is placed within two weeks of pick up/delivery date), your spot is reserved and order date guaranteed. Any changes to the order, including pick up/delivery date and time, must be made within 24 hours of the order being placed. Any changes out side the scope of the original order may result in additional costs. We will text you a pick up/delivery reminder the day prior along with any specific instructions. If picking up, please have your vehicle prepared to transport your baked goods. More information can be found on our cake care instruction card attached to the invoice. 1. Any inspiration phots are just that, inspiration. As artists, we believe in creating unique work and do not copy the work of others. We do our best to match your desired theme and the spirit of any inspiration photos but do not guarantee the final product will look exactly the same. 2. Craveworks LLC is not liable for the visual or structural condition of baked goods upon completion of pickup or delivery. Client is solely responsible for keeping baked goods in a cool, dry, location, and on a flat surface. 3. A non-refundable 50% retainer is required to reserve your order. Due to the time, supplies, and materials that go into making custom order, orders that are not picked up are non-refundable. 4. Orders placed within 1 week may be assessed a 10% rush fee. Orders placed within 48 hours may be assessed a 25% rush fee. 5. Please note, once an invoice is sent, the client has 24 hours to complete payment. If payment is not completed within 24 hours, the invoice and order date will be canceled. This ensures we are able to keep an open schedule to accommodate any orders that may come in. 6. Should Craveworks not be able to complete your order due to uncontrollable circumstances such as family emergencies or illness, we will notify you and a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 48 business hours.
