FAQ
Yes! We deliver to Tooele and Salt Lake Counties. Delivery fees vary by location. Orders over $100 are eligible for free delivery within 10 miles.
We accept all major credit and dibit cards and will email or text you your invoice to pay securely online.
Payment is due in full at the time of booking to secure all custom orders. Exceptions: Orders over $300, or orders over $200 placed more than 3 months in advance, are eligible to pay a 50% non-refundable retainer upon booking, with the remaining balance due two weeks prior to pickup or delivery. Orders are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis and are not guaranteed until payment or retainer is received.
As a general guideline:
6″ round cake: 8-12 people
8″ round cake: 15-22 people
9″ round cake: 22-27 people
10″ round cake: 25-32 people
12″ round cake: 36-54 people
1/4 sheet cake: 30-40 people
1/2 sheet cake: 50-60 people
Full sheet cake: 100-120 people
Serving sizes are a general guideline and, depending on how you slice and serve cakes, your servings may vary. We make no guarantee that cakes will serve a specific number of people.
To place an order, please fill out the order form found on our homepage. You may also call or text us at 435-850-6552 or send an email to orders@craveworksbakery.com. We highly suggest you text or email any inspiration photos and as much detail as possible so we are able to accurately complete your quote in a timely manner.
Once the invoice is paid (or retainer, when applicable), your spot is reserved and order date guaranteed. Any changes to the pick up/delivery date and time, must be made within 24 hours of the order being placed. Any changes outside the scope of the original order may result in additional costs.
We will text you a pick up/delivery reminder the day prior along with any specific instructions. If picking up, please have your vehicle prepared to transport your baked goods. More information can be found on the care instruction card attached to the invoice. For your convenience, these instructions can also be found below.

Terms & Conditions
Any inspiration photos are just that — inspiration. As artists, we believe in creating unique, one-of-a-kind work and do not copy the work of others. We do our best to match your desired theme, design elements, and the overall spirit of any inspiration photos. This includes color matching; however, exact color matches are not guaranteed due to variations in materials, lighting, and icing medium. The final product may differ slightly in shade or detail, but it will always be crafted with care and quality in mind.
Craveworks LLC is not liable for the visual or structural condition of baked goods after pickup or delivery. It is the client’s sole responsibility to keep all items in a cool, dry location and on a flat, stable surface during transport and storage.

Failure to follow these care guidelines releases Craveworks LLC from responsibility for any damage or deterioration that may occur after the order has left our possession.
1. Order Cancellation & Payment Policy:
Payment is due in full at the time of booking to secure all custom orders.

Orders over $200 placed more than 3 months in advance,
are eligible to pay a 50% non-refundable retainer upon booking to reserve the date. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the scheduled pickup date.
2. Cancellations & Refunds:
50% of the total order payment serves as a non-refundable retainer to reserve your date and cover initial preparation costs. This applies even when the full amount is paid upfront.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your order, the 50% retainer can be transferred to a future order as long as the change is made at least one week prior to the original pickup date.
Within one week of the pickup date, the retainer becomes non-transferrable and non-refundable.
If you cancel your order at least one week in advance, any amount paid beyond the 50% retainer will be refunded.
Cancellations made less than one week before the pickup date are not eligible for any refund.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this policy.
Orders placed within 1 week of the pickup date may be assessed a rush fee of 10% of the order total, and orders placed within 48 hours may be assessed a rush fee of 25%.
The rush fee will be either the percentage listed or $25 — whichever is greater.
A $10 per hour late fee may be assessed to any order not picked up within the agreed-upon timeframe. If you need to reschedule your pickup, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance. While we cannot guarantee we’ll be able to accommodate a new pickup time, we will do our best.
Due to the time, supplies, and materials that go into custom orders, orders that are not picked up are non-refundable.
Please note, once an invoice is sent, the client has 24 hours to complete payment, unless otherwise stated. If payment is not completed within 24 hours, the invoice and order date will be canceled. This ensures we are able to keep an open schedule to accommodate any orders that may come in
Should Craveworks not be able to complete your order due to uncontrollable circumstances such as family emergencies or illness, we will notify you and a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 48 business hours
